摘  要:2008年美国运动与体育教育协会倡导成立了《综合性学校体育活动计划》(以下简称CSPAP),CSPAP突破学校单一场域,整合多方资源,充分利用学校、家庭、社区资源关注青少年健康,促进青少年体质提升。通过检索国内外大量文献,对CSPAP出台背景、组成部分、实施评价及具体干预手段等进行解读,结合当前我国学校体育发展存在的实际问题,由此得出对增强我国中小学生体质,促进青少年体育活动参与的建议:强化政策,制定切实可行的实施方案;丰富校内体育活动,营造校园体育文化;构建多部门、多主体共同参与的干预平台;学校家庭社区,三位一体协同促进机制的构建。In 2008,the American Sports and Physical Education Association promoted the establishment of the Comprehensive School Physical Activity Plan(hereinafter referred to as CSPAP).CSPAP by breaks through the single field of school,and integrates and makes full use of multiple resources including school,family,and community to focus on youth health and promote their physical fitness.The present paper interprets the background,components,implementation evaluation and specific intervention methods of CSPAP and puts forward,with reference to the actual problems in the development of school sports in China,some suggestions of promoting the physical fitness of primary and middle school students in China,which include:strengthen relevant policies,and formulate practical implementation plans;enrich school sports activities to develop campus sports culture;build the intervention platform with multi-sectoral and multi-subject participation;develop the coordinated trinity mechanism of school,family and community.
