摘 要:采用一步法制备了FA_(0.95)Cs_(0.05)PbI_(3-x)Cl_x钙钛矿薄膜,研究了CsI对钙钛矿薄膜形貌、光学性质及电池性能的影响。研究结果表明,与FAPbI(3-x)Clx体系相比较,当掺杂少量CsI时,FA_(0.95)Cs_(0.05)PbI_(3-x)Cl_x钙钛矿层薄膜晶粒尺寸明显增大且紧密堆积;在300~810nm范围内,紫外-可见吸收光谱吸收明显增强;通过构筑FA_(0.95)Cs_(0.05)PbI_(3-x)Cl_x电池器件的开路电压Voc=0.88V,光电转换效率PCE=5.86%。One-step solution approach to prepare FA 0.95 Cs 0.05 PbI(3-x)Cl x perovskite solar cells was demonstrated.The influence of CsI additive on the morphology,optical absorption and photovoltaic performances was investigated.The results show that compared with FAPbI(3-x)Cl x films,grain sizes of FA 0.95 Cs 0.05 PbI(3-x)Cl x perovskite with CsI additive were larger and compact stacking.FA 0.95 Cs 0.05 PbI(3-x)Cl x perovskite film showed stronger UV-Vis absorption in the range of 300 to 810 nm.The FA 0.95 Cs 0.05 PbI(3-x)Cl x solar cells exhibited open circuit voltage of 0.88 V with power conversion efficiency of 5.84%.
