摘　　要：现代企业管理课程的"现代企业"与人们通常称的"现代企业"存在较大的代差错位。前者的管理内容多数在先修课程中基本完成。采用由学生到老师、由实践到理论、由问题到结论的新逆向教学模式,使得教学过程和内容具有现代性、实践性和研究性。把炒冷饭的课程变得新颖生动、充满探索,综合提高学习热情和教学效果。The"modern enterprise"of the modern enterprise management curriculum and the"modern enterprise"that people usually call have a large generation of misplacement.Most of the management content of the former is basically completed in the pre-requisite course.Using a new reverse teaching model from student to teacher,from practice to theory,from problem to conclusion,the teaching process and content are modern,practical and research-oriented.Turning tedious classes into lively and explorative experience,and comprehensively enhances the enthusiasm for learning and the effect of teaching.
