体育高职毕业生职业生涯发展路径调查研究——以体育运营与管理专业为例

摘　　要：国务院关于发展体育产业的46号文以及广东省颁布的76号文,为广东体育产业的发展指明了方向,促进体育产业发展的同时,促使体育市场人才需求剧增,做好体育高职毕业生的职业生涯路径,才能培养出高素质的符合岗位能力要求的人才,为体育产业的蓬勃提供建设力量。下文以体育运营与管理专业为例,用调查研究的方法,在大量调查数据的基础上,分析得出该专业毕业生的职业生涯发展路径,为市场需求与人才培养教育起到链接桥梁作用,为毕业生提供职业规划参考。The State Council's No.46 document on the development of the sports industry and the No.76 document issued by Guangdong Province have pointed out the direction for the development of the sports industry in Guangdong.While promoting the development of the sports industry,the demand for talents in the sports market has increased sharply.In order to cultivate high-quality talents that meet the requirements of job requirements,we can provide a building power for the vigorous development of the sports industry.Taking the sports operation and management profession as an example,the survey research method is used to analyze the career development path of the graduates based on a large number of survey data,which serves as a link bridge between market demand and talent training and provide career planning references for graduates.
