城镇化进程中的现代城市社区精神培育

摘　　要：社区精神是指居民在社区互动过程中所形成的平等、参与、互助、自治的氛围和对社区的认同、归属与依恋感以及愿意为社区未来发展而贡献自己力量的一种精神状态,是社区的真正灵魂所在。城镇化过程中的发展主义逻辑与市场经济的功利主义导致现代社区人们物质生活的改善与精神家园的缺失并存。在明确界定社区精神的基础上,分析当前城市社区精神缺失的原因,探讨培育城市社区精神的内外驱动力,提出从创新社区治理理念、拓展社区公共活动空间、丰富社区公共活动、培育社区民间组织、弘扬人际和谐之传统文化四个方面培育现代城市社区精神。Community spirit refers to the atmosphere of equality,participation,mutual assistance and autonomy formed by the residents in the process of community interaction as well as their recognition,belonging,attachment and the willingness to contribute to the community for the future development,which is the real soul of the community.Both the logic of developmentalism in the process of urbanization and the utilitarianism of the market economy lead to the co-existence of the people’s improvement in material life and lack of spiritual home in modern community.Based on clearly defining the community spirit,the paper analyses the reasons for the loss of urban community spirit,explores the internal and external driving forces to cultivate the urban community spirit and puts forward the approaches to foster the spirit of modern urban community from the following four aspects:innovating the concept of community governance,expanding the space for public activities,enriching public activities,fostering local organizations as well as promoting traditional culture of interpersonal harmony.
