摘　　要：大学生诚信档案的建立,一方面是社会契约理论在国家征信制度建设方面的重要显现,另一方面也是中国加入世贸组织的后与国际接轨的必然产物。它具有规则制定、双方承诺、奖惩制度三个重要的契约维度,也是契约理论的必然需求。在当今社会条件下,随着互联网技术的发展,大学诚信档案建立日益走上数字化和网络化轨道,在院校、企业和国家的各个领域发挥着重要的社会功能。on the one hand,the establishment of College Students'integrity files is an important manifestation of the social contract theory in the construction of the state credit system.On the other hand,it is the inevitable outcome of China's accession to the WTO.It has three important contractual dimensions,namely,rule making,mutual commitment,reward and punishment system,and is also an inevitable demand of contract theory.Under the conditions of today's society,with the development of Internet technology,the establishment of University integrity archives is becoming more and more digital and networked,playing an important social function in various fields of colleges,enterprises and the country.
