摘 要:槽轮机构被广泛用于加工中心ATC刀库的分度机构,其啮合类型与槽轮槽数直接影响换刀运动的平稳性;根据槽轮机构的运动方程,分别计算了外啮合和内啮合槽轮机构的类角速度和类角加速度,对比分析了啮合类型与槽轮槽数对类角速度和类角加速度最大值的影响;计算结果表明:(1)与外啮合槽轮机构相比,在8-22槽范围内,内啮合槽轮机构的类角速度最大值下降了25%~54%,类角加速度最大值下降8%~40%;2)槽轮槽数越大,类角速度和类角加速度最大值越小,例如与8槽的内啮合槽轮机构相比,22槽的类角速度最大值下降了55%,类角加速度最大值下降65%。该研究可为加工中心ATC刀库槽轮式分度机构的选型和设计提供设计参考。Geneva mechanisms are widely used as dividing mechanisms for ATC tool magazines of machine center,and the gearing type and slot number directly influences the motion stability of tool changing.Based on the motion equations,the similar angular velocity and acceleration of internal and external gearing geneva mechanisms were calculated,and the influence from gearing type and slot number were analyzed.The calculation results show that:(1)compared with the external gearing geneva mechanism,the maximum similar angular velocity of the internal gearing type cuts down 25%~54%and 8%~40%for similar angular acceleration,with 8-22 slots;(2)the larger the number of slots,the smaller the maximum similar angular velocity and acceleration,for example,the maximum similar angular velocity of the internal gearing type with 8 slots cuts down 55%,and 65%for similar angular acceleration,compared with the one with 22 slots.The study can provide reference for the selection and design of geneva-type dividing mechanism for ATC tool magazine of machine center.
