摘 要:振动信号的监测分析是判断机械设备状态的有效方法。针对工业设备运转时广泛存在的振动特征,基于压电加速度传感器设计了一种以单片机为核心,采用电荷运算交流反向两级放大电路、巴特沃斯二阶低通滤波调理电路的微型振动信号测试仪。应用于普通数控加工中心的振动监测,实现了工作台X/Y向振动数据的采集,分析发现了机床转速引起的振动异常现象,避免机床加工可能引发的问题,降低了机床故障监测成本。Monitoring and analysis of vibration signals is an effective way to judge the state of mechanical equipment.In view of the widely existing vibration characteristics of industrial equipment,a micro vibration signal tester based on piezoelectric accelerometer was designed,which used single chip microcomputer as the core,two-stage AC reverse amplifier circuit with charge operation and Butterworth second-order low-pass filter conditioning circuit.The system was applied to the vibration monitoring of NC machining center to collect the X/Y vibration data of worktable.The abnormal vibration phenomenon caused by machine speed was analyzed and found,which avoided the possible problems caused by machine processing and reduced the cost of machine fault monitoring.
