摘　　要：随着世界贸易自由化、经济全球化的不断加深,越来越多的机械产品出口到欧盟。CE认证在欧盟市场属于强制性认证,是机械产品进入欧盟及欧洲贸易自由区国家市场的通行证。介绍了机械产品认证的标准与技术法规、机械产品认证的合格评定程序以及第三方实验室CE认证的流程。详细介绍了机械指令对CE标志的规范要求和加贴CE标志的方式。CE认证的机械产品,达到了指令规定的安全要求,提升了产品质量,增强产品市场竞争力,获得消费者和市场监督机构的信任。With the deepening of world trade liberalization and economic globalization,more and more mechanical products are exported to the European Union.CE certification is compulsory certification in the EU market.It is a pass for machinery products entering the EU and the European Free Trade Zone market.This paper introduces the standards and technical regulations for the certification of mechanical products,the conformity assessment procedures for mechanical product certification,and the process of CE certification for the third party laboratories.It introduces the requirements of mechanical instructions for CE mark and the way of adding CE mark in detail.CE certified mechanical products have reached the safety requirements stipulated in the instructions,improved the quality of the products,enhanced the competitiveness of the product market,and obtained the trust of the consumers and the market supervision institutions.
