摘  要:针对钛合金玻璃封接气密性差、绝缘电阻不合格等问题,分析了元器件封接玻璃的膨胀系数及组成对封接件浸润性能的影响,研究了氧化膜厚度对封接性能的影响规律;利用正交试验设计法确定了封接工艺中温度、时间、气氛的最佳参数。结果表明:玻璃的热膨胀系数对封接性能影响显著,铋酸盐系玻璃能与TC4良好封接;最佳镀镍厚度为3~5μm,最优封接工艺为封接温度940℃,保温时间30min,氮气通入量750L/h。Aimed at the problems of low sealing performance and poor insulation resistance of titanium alloy and glass sealing,the influences of the expansivity and composition of glass on the infiltrating performance of sealing piece were studied,the effect of oxidation film thickness on the sealing performance was also studied in this paper.The optimal parameters were determined by the orthogonal experimental design.It was shown that expansivity had a great influence on the capability of sealing,the sealing performance of bismuthate glass and TC4 is the best,the optimal process is that the sealing piece is sintered at 940℃for 30 minutes under 750L/h nitrogen gas condition.
