摘  要:利用有限元软件ANSYSWorkbench中的SixSigma模块及可靠性理论进行了导弹舱体结构可靠性分析。首先运用ANSYSWorkbench对导弹舱体结构参数化建模,然后采用最优空间填充设计方法生成样本点,结合人工神经网络(ArtificialNeuralNetwork,ANN)生成响应面进而开展参数灵敏度分析。分析结果表明,舱体内径对舱体结构可靠性的影响最大。The structural reliability of a missile cabin is analyzed by adopting the Six Sigma module in ANSYS Workbench combined with reliability theory.The parametric model of the missile structure is established primarily by ANSYS Workbench,and then some design of experiment points are generated by Optimal Space-Filling Design method.Further,the neural network method is utilized to generate the response surface which is adopted to conduct sensitivity analysis.The results indicate that the internal diameter has the vital effect on the structural reliability of the missile cabin.
