摘 要:目的分析交叉配血中微柱凝胶法和聚凝胺法的临床应用效果。方法2013年1月至2017年8月,于我院进行交叉配血的患者中选取200例,对其输血标本进行收集,均采用聚凝胺法和微柱凝胶法进行交叉配血试验,对试验结果进行对比分析。结果微柱凝胶假阳性率为75.00%,相较于聚凝胺法的62.5%略微高,但差异不存在统计学意义,P>0.05。结论在实际工作过程中,为了将交叉配血效率与准确度提高,可以联合应用微柱凝胶法与聚凝胺法,以此来为临床快速提供安全血液。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of microcolumn gel method and polygumide method in cross-matching.Methods From January 2013 to August 2017,200 blood transfusion samples were collected from 200 patients who underwent cross-matching in our hospital.The cross-matching test was carried out by using the method of polyagglutination and microcolumn gel,and the results were compared and analyzed.Results The false positive rate was 62.50,and the false positive rate of microcolumn gel was 75.00%,which was slightly higher than that of polycoagulant method(62.5%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of cross blood matching,it can be combined in practice.Microcolumn gel method and polygumide method were used to provide safe blood for clinic.
