低位小切口切除术与传统手术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨低位小切口切除术与传统手术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床效果对比。方法选取我院(2015年1月至2017年1月)收治的80例甲状腺瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者均经临床确诊,将本组患者随机分为两组,观察组40例患者给予低位小切口切除术治疗,对照组40例患者给予传统手术治疗,对比两组患者手术相关指标和术后疼痛程度、美容程度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者住院时间明显短于对照组,手术切口明显小于对照组。术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者手术时间对比差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后疼痛VAS评分明显低于对照组,切口美容评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率17.50%显著低于对照组55.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低位小切口切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床效果明显优于传统手术,创伤更小,有效减轻患者疼痛,不良反应少,更利于患者恢复,并缩短住院时间减少其经济负担,且美容效果更好,更容易使患者接受。Objective To compare the clinical effect of low small incision resection and traditional surgery for thyroid tumor.Methods 80 cases of thyroid tumor treated in our hospital(January 2015-January 2017)were selected as the research object.All patients were randomly divided into two groups by clinical diagnosis,40 patients in the observation group were treated with low level small incision resection,40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgery,and the operation of the two groups was compared.Related indicators and postoperative pain degree,cosmetology and complications.Results The hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the operative incision was significantly less than that in the control group.The amount of bleeding in the operation was significantly less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference of operation time in the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).The postoperative pain VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the incision beauty score was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 17.50%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(55%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of low-level small incision resection is obviously better than that of traditional surgery.It has smaller trauma,less pain,less adverse reaction,better recovery of patients,shorter time of hospitalization and less economic burden,better cosmetic effect,and easier acceptance of patients.
