控制抗菌药物注射剂给药间隔在临床用药中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析在临床合理用药中控制抗菌药物注射剂给药间隔的临床效果。方法选取200例2015年1月至2017年1月在我院住院治疗的患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,研究组100例和对照组100例,对照组不给予任何干预措施,研究组对抗菌药物注射剂给药间隔进行合理控制,比较效果。结果研究组用药有效率、抗菌药物注射剂使用合理率比较,P<0.05。研究组不良反应发生率为2.0%,对照组发生率为9.0%(P<0.05)。结论对患者抗菌药物注射剂的给药间隔进行合理干预和控制,可保障用药合理性,提高药物疗效,减少不良反应,可推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of controlling the interval of drug injection in clinical rational drug use.Methods Two hundred patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:the study group(n=100)and the control group(n=100).The control group was not given any intervention.The study group carried on the reasonable control to the antimicrobial injection administration interval,and compared the effect.Result The effective rate of drug use and the rational rate of use of antimicrobial injection in the study group were compared(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.0,and that in the control group was 9.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable intervention and control of the interval of administration of antimicrobial injection can effectively guarantee the rationality of clinical drug use,improve the effect of drug treatment,reduce adverse reactions,and can be popularized.
