综合护理干预对消化内科患者负面情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的对消化内科患者实施综合护理干预,分析其对患者和负性情绪的影响效果。方法我院消化内科患者96例作为此次研究对象,选取时间是2015年3月至2016年3月,采用随机分组的方式将其分为综合组与单一组,综合组48例患者应用综合护理干预,单一组48例患者应用常规护理,对比两组患者护理满意度及心理评分。结果综合组患者护理满意度为95.8%明显高于单一组77.1%,数据结果比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组患者护理后SAS评分及SDS评分低于对照组,结果比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05),而护理前两组患者SAS评分及SDS评分无差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对消化内科患者实施综合护理干预具有重要的临床意义,可以有效提高护理满意度,改善患者心理评分,促进患者尽快康复,应被广泛推广。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with digestive internal medicine.Methods 96 cases of patients in the department of digestive medicine in our hospital were selected as the objects of this study.From March 2015 to March 2016,the patients were randomly divided into two groups:the comprehensive group and the single group.48 patients in the comprehensive group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.A single group of 48 patients were treated with routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction and psychological score of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that of the single group of 77.1%.There was a significant difference in the data between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has important clinical significance in patients with digestive internal medicine.It can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing,improve the psychological score of patients,and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible,which should be widely popularized.
