摘 要:为满足蒙华铁路桥上长枕埋入式无砟轨道结构铺设护轨条件,研发了在既有埋入式长枕上预留护轨安装接口的埋入式桥枕,研发的埋入式桥枕基本轨采用WJ-12型扣件,护轨采用扣板式扣件(专线3448-Ⅱ)。通过型式尺寸优化设计,埋入式桥枕护轨顶面与基本轨顶面高差在正常安装、最大调高和最大调低3种状态下均可满足维修标准的要求。结构设计时,考虑承载能力要求和预应力偏心影响提出了2种结构配筋方案。经理论计算和试验验证,2种方案的承载能力均能够满足运营阶段使用要求,对比方案(丝位上调5 mm,总张拉力200 k N)更有利于生产,尤其对于产品的放张和脱模更加便利,较基准方案中间部分上拱明显减小,因此作为最终方案。设计的埋入式桥枕已应用于蒙华铁路。In order to meet the requirement for laying the guardrail of long sleeper embedded ballastless track structure on bridge of Mengxi-Huazhong railway,an embedded sleeper on bridge was developed to reserve the installation interface of the guardrail based on existing long embedded sleeper,W J-12 type fastener was used for the development of the embedded sleeper basic rail on bridge,and Clip Fastening System(special line 3448-Ⅱ)was used for the guardrails.Through optimization design of dimension,the height difference between the top surface of embedded sleeper guardrail on bridge and basic rail can meet the requirements of maintenance standards under three conditions of normal installation,highest adjustment and lowest adjustment.Two kinds of structural reinforcement schemes were put forward by considering the bearing capacity requirements and the inf luence of prestress eccentricity in structure design.The bearing capacity of the two schemes can meet the operational requirements by theoretical calculation and test verif ication.The comparison scheme with steel bar position moved up by 5 mm and 200 kN total tensioning force is more conducive to production and convenient for the release and demoulding of the products,the arch phenomenon in this scheme obviously reduced in the middle part compared to benchmark scheme,which means the comparison scheme should be as the f inal scheme.The designed embedded sleeper on bridge has been applied to the Mengxi-Huazhong railway.
