摘  要:有砟道床清筛会破坏道砟间原有的密实接触状态。清筛后须按计划限速,对线路的运营干扰较大。因此研究清筛后道床未完全密实状态下行车的动力特性,对于优化限速要求及提高运输经济性具有实用价值。本文结合朔黄重载线路清筛前后道床阻力、支承刚度和轨温的现场测试结果,对重载线路道床清筛作业后道床状态、线路稳定性和列车运行安全性进行了分析。结果表明:清筛作业显著影响道床的支承刚度和道床阻力,但道床阻力仍可达到无缝线路稳定性要求的90%,且道床刚度对行车动力特性的影响并不显著;列车运行速度在120 km/h以内时,速度的变化对列车轮轨垂向力及脱轨系数的影响不明显,对轮重减载率影响较大,但均处于安全限值以内。建议线路开通当日列车仍按限速要求通行,开通次日可在加强巡检的前提下依据轨道实际状态确定限速要求。另外,应加强稳定作业,缩短道床恢复稳定的时间。The ballasted bed cleaning will destroy the original dense contact state between the ballast.After cleaning,the speed limit must be implemented according to the plan,which will cause greater disturbance to the railway operation.It is of practical value to optimize the speed limit and improve the transportation economy by studying the driving dynamic characteristics of the ballast bed under the condition of incomplete compaction after cleaning.By combining with f ield test results of ballast bed resistance,supporting stiffness and rail temperature before and after cleaning of Shuozhou-Huanghuagang heavy haul railway,and the ballast bed state,line stability and train driving safety of heavy haul railway were analyzed after ballast bed cleaning.The results show that cleaning operation signif icantly affects the supporting stiffness of ballast bed and ballast bed resistance,ballast bed resistance can still reach 90%of continuous welded rail(CWR)stability requirements,the inf luence of ballast bed stiffness on driving dynamic characteristics is not signif icant,the change of speed has no obvious effect on the vertical force of train wheel and rail and derailment coeff icient and has a greater impact on wheel load reduction rate when the train running speed is within 120 km/h,all of which are in the range of safety limit.It is suggested that train will be still in accordance with the speed limit on the opening day of the line and the speed limit should be determined according to the track actual state on the premise of strengthening inspection in the next day of opening.Stabilizing operation should be strengthened to shorten the time of stabilization of ballast bed.
