摘  要:近年来,近视的发病率显著提高,并且呈现低龄化倾向,因此需要寻找防治近视的有效方法。大量研究表明,户外活动有助于降低近视发病率并减缓近视的发展,其中户外日光中的蓝光可能是抑制近视的因素之一。蓝光抑制近视的3种可能机制:(1)光-多巴胺;(2)眼内代谢产物;(3)光学纵向色差。蓝光也可能对人眼有一定的伤害,因此在现代社会生活中还需进一步寻求蓝光利与弊的平衡点。Recently the incidence of myopia rises rapidly,and myopia inclines to happen in younger age.Hence it is an urgent necessity to clarify effective therapeutic interventions to slow down“myopia booming”.A large number of studies have shown that outdoor activities help reduce the rate of myopia and slow down the myopia progression efficiently,and blue light outdoors are considered to be an important factor.The blue monochromatic light is one of the keys to myopia inhibition,and there are three possible mechanisms explaining how blue light works:Light-dopamine mechanism,intraocular metabolism mechanism,and longitudinal chromatic aberration.However,blue light can be harmful to human’s eyes in some cases;therefore it is necessary to seek for a balance about blue light application in modern social life.
