摘 要:为了探讨废砖、废混凝土再生粗集料制备轻交通路面混凝土的应用技术,系统分析了再生粗集料掺入量、再生粗集料中废砖集料含量等对再生混凝土的抗压强度、弯拉强度、干缩性能、耐磨性能等技术性能的影响规律,试验结果表明,再生混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度会随着再生粗集料掺入量增大而降低,在相同再生粗集料掺入量时,再生混凝土的力学性能会随着废砖再生粗集料的掺入量增大而降低,再生混凝土的干缩率、单位面积磨损量随着再生粗集料和再生废砖粗集料掺量的增大而增大。再生集料掺入量为80%以内,且废砖再生粗集料不超过60%时,再生混凝土的技术性能满足轻交通水泥路面混凝土的要求,可以作为轻交通水泥路面的建筑材料。In order to investigate the application technology using waste brick and concrete to product recycled aggregate concrete for light traffic cement concrete pavement,the effect law of recycled aggregate content and recycled waste brick aggregate content on technical properties of recycled aggregate concrete include compressive strength,flexural strength,drying shrinkage and wear resistant ability were systematically analyzed.The test results indicate that the compressive strength and flexural strength of recycled aggregate concrete would decrease with the recycled aggregate content increased.The mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete would decrease with the brick aggregate content increased on the same recycled aggregate content.The dry shrinkage rate and abrasion loss of recycled aggregate concrete would increase with the recycled aggregate content increased or recycled brick aggregate content increased.When the recycled aggregate content is less than 80%,and the recycled waste brick aggregate is not more than 60%,the technical properties of recycled aggregate concrete conform to the requirements of light traffic cement concrete pavement.So it can be used as the construction material of light traffic cement concrete pavement.
