摘  要:根据科研成果,设计了以荧光碳纳米粒子取代过氧草酸酯类化学发光体系中有毒发光染料的创新实验项目。实验内容新颖,操作简便,涉及荧光碳纳米粒子的制备和化学发光液的配制等操作,以及X射线衍射、红外、紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱等表征技术和化学实验中常用仪器的使用,能够全方位培养学生的实验技能、科研思维和创新精神。实践表明,该实验可以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高实践教学效果。According to some research achievements,an innovative experiment project with the substitution of fluorocarbon nanoparticles for the toxic luminescent dyes in the peroxalic acid ester chemiluminescence system is designed.This experiment is novel and easy to operate,which involves the operations such as the preparation of fluorocarbon nanoparticles,the preparation of chemiluminescent liquid,etc.,and also involves the characterization technologies such as the X-ray diffraction,infrared and ultraviolet visible spectrums,fluorescence spectrum,etc.,and the utilization of common instruments in chemical experiments.It can cultivate students’experimental skills,scientific research thinking and innovative spirit.Practice shows that this experiment can stimulate students’interest in learning and improve the practical teaching effect.
