摘  要:以医院组织文化变革为抓手,明确医院文化与企业文化的区别,诊断该院组织文化类型,分析其主流文化与亚文化产生发展的原因和过程,阐述这些文化与医院管理之间的关系以及相互作用。以医院组织文化应当保持与医院战略一致并服务于医院战略为准则,实施医院文化变革,打造新的医院组织文化,从而提升医院核心竞争力和高层领导力并加强医院管理水平。The paper clears the distinguish between the hospital culture and enterprise culture,diagnoses the organizational culture type in our hospital,analyzes the causes and courses of mainstream and subculture,and elaborates the correlation and interaction between these cultures and hospital management by taking the hospital organizational culture reform as a gripper.The hospital cultural reform is implemented according to the codes that the hospital organizational culture should be consistent with the hospital strategies and serve the hospital strategies,thus improving the core competitiveness and senior leadership and enhancing the hospital management level.
