基于意念构建和组织边界跨越的产学研合作动态能力提升机理分析——以8AT项目为例

摘　　要：产学研合作已经成为中国自主创新战略的重要组成部分。本文以盛瑞传动股份有限公司、北京航空航天大学徐向阳教授团队和德国开姆尼兹工业大学皮特·坦博格教授团队合作研发"8挡自动变速器"项目为研究对象,从产学研合作组织动态能力提升的视角,探索意念构建与组织边界跨越对合作组织动态能力的影响机理。结果表明意念构建和组织边界跨越对产学研合作组织动态能力提升有重要影响:多样化的意念构建模式可极大地推动项目的顺利进行;组织边界跨越贯穿产学研合作项目始终,建立有效的载体是组织边界跨越成功的前提,有能力、有效率的推动者是组织边界跨越成功的保障;在提升产学研合作项目组织动态能力的同时,加大人才培养力度是必不可少的环节。Industry-University-Research cooperation has become an important part of China’s Independent Innovation Strategy.We analyze a successful Industry-University-Research Institution(IUR)cooperation project,chaired by ChengRui Transmission co,LTD.,Bejing University represented by professor Xu Xiangyang and Chemnitz University of Technology represented by professor Peter Tenberge,on the research and development of 8 gear automatic transmission(8AT).From the perspective of enhancing dynamic capability of IUR,we explore the mechanism of the influence on dynamic capacity based on sense-making theory and organizational boundary spanning theory.Results show that sensemaking and organizational boundary spanning have an important influence on enhancing the dynamic capability of IUR.Diverse models of sensemaking can greatly push the project going smoothly.There are organizational boundary spanning activities throughout the cooperation project.The establishment of the effective organizational boundary object and an efficient boundary spanning propellent are respectively the premise and guarantee of successful organizational boundary spanning.At the same time,intensifying personnel training is an essential link of enhancing the dynamic capabilities of IUR.
