摘　　要：提出了4G阶段针对移动互联网应用的QoS能力开放部署方案,并对部署的关键问题进行分析和探讨。所述方案能够满足各类应用场景,集中开放全网4G QoS能力并提供辅助功能。本方案可以为4G QoS业务部署提供参考,并且具备面向5G的演进能力。It proposes a solution for deploying the QoS capability exposure service which is used for mobile Internet applications in 4G Era.And it also analyzes and discusses the key points for deploying the QoS service.The solution can fulfill different application scenarios,and expose the QoS capability of whole network intensively with necessary auxiliary functions.The solution can be as a reference for the deployment of 4G QoS service,and has the evolution capability to 5G.
