摘 要:Cr(Ⅵ)污染的防治与修复问题一直受到广大学者的高度关注,常规物理、化学修复技术去除Cr(Ⅵ)的经济性较差,易造成二次污染,微生物修复技术可将有毒的Cr(Ⅵ)还原为相对无毒的Cr(Ⅲ),是一种环保高效的修复技术。综述了Cr(Ⅵ)污染的来源及危害,介绍了目前所分离的Cr(Ⅵ)还原菌株及其修复Cr(Ⅵ)的影响因素,概述了国内外微生物修复Cr(Ⅵ)污染的研究进展,旨在为Cr(Ⅵ)微生物修复技术的实践应用提供理论依据。The prevention and remediation of Cr(Ⅵ)pollution has been highly valued by many scholars.Conventional physical and chemical remediation technology was expensive to remove Cr(Ⅵ),which was easy to cause secondary pollution.Microbial remediation technology could reduce toxic Cr(Ⅵ)to relatively non-toxic Cr(Ⅲ),which was an environment-friendly remediation technology.The sources and hazards of Cr(Ⅵ)pollution were reviewed.The factors affecting Cr(Ⅵ)reduction strains and their repairing Cr(Ⅵ)were introduced.The research progress of microbial remediation of Cr(Ⅵ)pollution at home and abroad was summarized.The aim was to provide a theoretical basis for the practical application of Cr(Ⅵ)microbial remediation technology.
