摘 要:设计了一种用于深孔加工的镗杆装置。该镗杆装置由浮动夹头、支承和导向装置及可调镗刀3部分组成。当机床主轴轴心线与导套孔轴心线偏移或偏转时,浮动夹头通过接套、定位块、钢珠圈、尾柄、碟形弹簧和螺钉,可实现镗杆的微量浮动,起到自动调节作用。支承和导向装置可增大镗杆伸长量,减小镗杆自然挠性,从而提高镗孔的加工质量。The boring bar for deep hole processing device was designed,it is composed of floating chuck,supporting and guiding device,adjustable boring tool.When the machine tool spindle center line and the guide sleeve hole center line offset or deflection,floating chuck through a connecting sleeve and a positioning block,steel ball ring,tail handle,butterfly spring and screw,can realize the trace floating boring bar,to play the role of automatic regulation.Supporting and guiding device can increase the elongation of the boring bar,reducing the natural flexibility of boring bar,so as to improve the machining quality of boring.
