摘　　要：王船山立于历史唯物主义视角对货币(金钱)经济现象展开了深刻伦理审思:他提出了货币起源于商品经济发展、货币的本质是"百物之母"的科学论断;他揭露了货币的"价值幻相"以及"天下益汲汲于金钱"带来的人性的迷失;他洞见了纸币乃诚信道德产物,然而纸币形式下又隐藏着诚信道德风险。王船山的货币伦理思想至今仍具有重要的启示意义。From the perspective of historical materialism,Wang Chuanshan made a profound ethical review of the monetary economy phenomenon from the following three aspects:the issue of the origin and essence of money,He proposed the scientific assertion that money originated from the process of commodity economic development and that the nature of money is the mother of everything.He proactively understood and exposed the negative impact of the value illusion of money on people’s values;On the issue of monetary and human relations,he pointed out that the wrong attitudes toward money will lead to selfishness and greed of human nature;On the dialectical relationship between paper money and morality,he realized that paper money is a moral product of good faith.Wang Chuanshan’s monetary ethical thoughts still have the meaning of enlightenment.
