摘  要:为了减少电主轴在长时间运行过程中因热变形所产生的误差、提升数控成形磨齿机的加工精度,提出了基于多元二次回归理论的电主轴热误差建模方法。以某成形磨齿机的电主轴为研究对象,通过进行基于工况条件的热误差实验,检测电主轴径向、轴向热误差与温度变化之间的关系;然后运用多元二次回归建模方法并结合最小二乘法理论,建立了其轴向、径向热误差模型。实验结果表明该误差模型的预测精确度高、适用性好,对促进成形磨齿机加工精度的提升具有较好的参考意义和实用价值。In order to reduce the electric spindle errors caused by thermal deformation in the long run process and improve the processing accuracy ofCNC forming grinding machine,a thermal error modeling method of electric spindle based on multiple quadratic regression is proposed.Taking electric spindle of one forming grinding machineas the research object,first,thermal error experiment based onworking conditions was carried out.Test the relationship between spindle radial,axial thermal error and temperature changes.Then,using the method of multivariate quadratic regression modeling combined with the least-squares theory,the axial and radial thermal error models are established.Experimental results show that the error model has high prediction accuracy and good applicability,which has good reference value and practical value for promoting machining accuracy of forming gear grinding machine.
