摘  要:为实现产品再制造的价值最优,从成本效益影响因素角度建立产品再制造决策指数的定量模型。提出一种图论方法分析各影响因素之间的相互关系,采用德尔菲专家评判法和熵权法确定各影响因素间的相互作用值。运用该模型能有效地量化再制造系统成本效益指数的变化范围,并计算出不同产品再制造成本效益指数,即指数越高的产品越适合再制造。以发动机再制造企业为例,结合汽车发动机和货车发动机的再制造成本效益分析,验证模型的可行性。To realize the remanufacturing value optimum of used products,remanufacturing decision index quantitative analysis model was established from the viewpoint of cost-effectiveness factors.The linkages between the various factors were analyzed by using graph theory,and the values of the interaction between the factors were calculated with delphi method and entropy weight method.The model can effectively quantify the range of cost-benefit index in a remanufacturing system and calculate the cost-benefit index value of different products,that is,the higher the value,the more suitable for remanufacturing.Finally,the cost-effectiveness indexes of an automotive engine and a truck engine for engine remanufacturing enterprise were used to illustrate the industrial applicability of this model.
