摘　　要：以实木茶几完整的设计实践为例,阐述面向制造和装配的实木茶几模块化设计过程,为实木家具领域的设计者提供参考。遵循面向制造和装配的基本原则,采用模块化设计方法,对实木茶几进行产品零部件模块化设计。结论:模块化设计方法作为产品设计中有效的设计方法已经得到广泛应用,板式家具设计中应用模块化设计已经成功实施大规模全屋定制模式,实木家具设计需要具体分析,标准化接口设计和标准部件规格是产品模块化设计的基础。Taking wooden tea table as an example,the author elaborated in the process of modular design for manufacture and assembly,provided references for furniture designers.According to the principle of manufacture and assembly,modular design method has been used for wooden-tea table.Modular design method has been extensive used for product design.Panel-type furniture come into effect whole house customization by modular design.Wooden furniture need complete analyzing,the foundation of modular design is standard interface design and standardized serial model component.
