档案职业概念界定的困境及其消解

摘　　要：我国档案职业至今缺乏统一的界定。文章剖析了档案职业界定陷入困境的原因,即源于档案职业的日常概念与其科学概念之间的矛盾、档案职业概念的稳定性与社会现实的变动性之间的矛盾、档案职业的"行政性"与"管理性"之间的矛盾以及档案职业的国别差异性与其国际性之间的矛盾,并针对上述矛盾提出了相应的消解之策。The concept of archival occupation in our country still lacks unified definition till now.This paper analyzes the causes of the plight of archival occupation definition,namely the contradiction between the daily concept and the scientific concept,the contradiction between the stability of the concept of archival occupation and the change of social reality,the contradiction between"administrative management"function and“archives management”function of archival occupation,and the con?tradiction between the country differences and in?ternationality of archival occupation.This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the above problems.
