知识转移存量演化机理模型构建的研究

摘　　要：文章运用知识管理理论、知识网络理论,基于理论推演和仿真模型,对知识网络中知识转移存量演化机理问题进行了研究。通过分析知识网络中知识根植性和开放性两个维度,提出相关命题,采用Matlab仿真分析方法,得出知识根植性负向影响知识转移存量,知识开放性正向影响知识转移存量的基本结论。通过进一步分析,发现随着知识根植性和开放性的不同组合,在特征路径长度、聚集度和密度的调节作用下,知识转移存量演化过程分为四个阶段,并沿着两条非线性路径演化。为此,我国企业要积极建立知识网络,提高知识的开放性,减少知识根植性,注重核心龙头企业的培育,鼓励企业之间开展交流和沟通,以期实现提升知识转移存量水平,加快知识转移存量的获取,从而推动知识网络转型升级的目的。Applied by the theories of knowledge management and knowledge network,based on theoretical deduction and simulation model,the article proposes the issue of evolutional mechanism of knowledge transfer stock in knowledge network.By analyzing the two dimensions of knowledge embeddedness and openness in knowledge network,relative propositions are put forward.With Matlab simulation method,the basic conclusions are drawn that knowledge embeddedness affects knowledge transfer stock negatively,and knowledge openness affects knowledge transfer stock positively.Therefore,by further analysis,it is founded that,with the different combinations between embeddedness and openness,and also with the adjustments of characteristic path length,aggregation degree and density,knowledge transfer stock is evolved in four stages along with two nonlinear paths.The article offers some proposals that Chinese enterprises should built knowledge networks actively with increasing knowledge openness,reduce knowledge embeddedness,pay attention to the cultivation of core leading enterprises,and encourage communications.It can be achieved the purposes that Chinese enterprises may upgrade the level of knowledge transfer stock,and speed up the acquisition of knowledge transfer stock,which helps to promote transformation and upgrading of knowledge networks.
