摘　　要：肿瘤原发灶诱导待转移器官营造一个适宜转移的微环境,即转移前微环境。转移前微环境的形成是一个由多种细胞和细胞因子参与的复杂过程,其中肿瘤衍生因子、肿瘤外泌体以及骨髓源性细胞在转移前微环境形成中至关重要。该文概述了转移前微环境的重要组成因素和主要形成过程的新机制,并探讨可能的临床意义,以期通过阻断转移前微环境的形成,为治疗肿瘤转移提供新思路。Primary tumors create a favorable microenvironment in pre-metastatic organ for subsequent metastases,namely,pre-metastatic niche.The formation of pre-metastatic niche is a complex process involving multiple cells and cytokines,among which tumor-derived secreted factors,extracellular vesicles and bone marrow-derived cells are of vital importance.This article reviews the major components and the new mechanisms of key processes for pre-metastatic niche formation,and explores the possible clinical significance,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of metastases by blocking the formation of pre-metastatic niche.
