摘  要:本文实验的目的是提高扑炎痛收率。扑炎痛的制备过程中,氢氧化钠的浓度对扑炎痛的收率存在一定影响,故本文实验以氢氧化钠的浓度对扑炎痛收率的影响进行了单因素的探索。实验方法是以氯化亚砜为氯化剂、以少量吡啶为催化剂制备乙酰水杨酰氯,在乙酰水杨酰氯和扑热息痛成酯过程中以溴化四丁基铵为相转移催化剂,反应时间为1.5h。实验结果是当氢氧化钠的浓度为5%,扑炎痛的收率为43.2%。该实验方法所得扑炎痛收率较高,为扑炎痛的合成提供了理论依据。The purpose of this experiment is to increase the yield of paracetamol.In the preparation process of paracetamol,the concentration of sodium hydroxide has a certain influence on the yield of paracetamol.Therefore,this experiment carried out a single factor exploration on the influence of sodium hydroxide concentration on the yield of paracetamol.The experimental method is to prepare acetyl salicyl chloride with thionyl chloride as chlorinating agent and a small amount of pyridine as catalyst.Tetrabutylammonium bromide was used as phase transfer catalyst in the esterification of acetylsalicyl chloride and paracetamol,and the reaction time is about 1.5hours.The experimental results showed that when the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 5%,the yield of paracetamol was 43.2%.The yield of paracetamol obtained by this experimental method is relatively high,which provides a theoretical basis for the synthesis of paracetamol.
