摘  要:目的探讨口试考试在神经科规培医师临床肌电图教学中的应用。方法选择神经科规培医师30名,随机分为笔试考试组(WE组)与口试考试组(OE组)(n=15),培训期间WE组每2周最后一天进行笔试考试,OE组每2周最后一天除进行笔试考试外还进行口试考试,比较每组各时间段考试成绩。结果 OE组理论考试及病案分析考试成绩均明显优于WE组(P<0.05)。OE组第4周、6周、8周笔试及口试成绩均明显高于第2周成绩(P<0.05),而WE组各时间段无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论口试考试可提高神经科规培医师肌电图知识储备的广度与深度,提高临床分析及知识应用能力,并增强其学习能力。Objective To discuss the effects of oral examination in electromyography teaching for standardized training of neurological residents.Methods 30 neurological residents were divided into written examinaton group(WE group)and oral examination group(OE group)(n=15).During the training period,the written examination was taken every 2 weeks in the WE group.Besides the written examination,oral examination was also conducted in the OE group.The examination results in each group were compared continuously.Results The theory examination and case analysis examination in the OE group were obviously better than that in the WE group(P<0.05).The scores of written and oral examinations were improved continuously in the OE group(P<0.05),but remained unchanged in the WE group(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral examination can improve the storage in electrophysiology,improve clinical analysis ability,and enhance the learning ability.
