摘  要:目的研究基于病例学习为基础的团队教学法(CBL+TBL)在儿科学教学中的初步应用和教学效果。方法选取在本院实习的本科临床医学专业84名学生为研究对象。随机分为实验组(CBL和TBL联合教学,42名)和对照组(传统教学,42名),分别采用两种教学方法进行实践教学,并对两组的学业成绩和教学满意度进行评估和比较。结果对教学方法满意度评估中显示,实验组学生整体满意度为92.8%,对照组为73.8%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生在经过统一的出科考试后,实验组学生在理论成绩、临床技能考核成绩和临床思维能力成绩均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CBL和TBL联合教学法在儿科学教学实践中能够有效的提高学生对教学活动的满意度,并提升学生的临床思维能力和实践技能,促进其自主学习能力和医患沟通能力的提高,是一种适合于儿科教学的教学方法。Objective To study the preliminary application and teaching effect of team teaching method based on case study(CBL+TBL)in pediatrics teaching.Methods 84 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in our hospital were chosen as study subjects,randomly divided into experimental group(CBL and TBL combined teaching,42 cases)and control group(traditional teaching,42 cases).The academic performance and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The evaluation of the satisfaction of the teaching method showed that the overall satisfaction of the experimental group was 92.8%and the control group was 73.8%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the two groups of students passed the unified examination,the experimental students’academic performance,clinical skills assessment performance,and clinical thinking ability were all better than the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined teaching method of CBL and TBL can effectively improve students'satisfaction with teaching activities in the teaching practice of pediatrics,and improve students'clinical thinking ability and practical skills,promote the improvement of their independent learning ability and communication ability between doctors and patients.It is a kind of teaching method suitable for the teaching of pediatrics.
