摘 要:新时期教学秘书的职业素养与教学质量的关系更加紧密。教学管理质量建设中提升教学秘书岗位职业道德修养,提高教学秘书职业能力迫在眉睫。教学秘书职业素养提升的核心因素可分为内在因素和外在因素。职业认同、职业能力、职业心态、职业创新构成了内在因素,以增强教学秘书内驱力,推动职业素养的提升。外在认定中通过完善激励机制、提供专业培训、规划发展平台等措施,可带动职业素养的提升。The relationship of professional quality of teaching secretary and the quality of teaching is closer in the new period.It is very important to improve teaching secretary work ability in construction of teaching management.The core factors of the teaching secretary professional promotion can be divided into internal factors and external factors.Internal factors,which is constituted with professional identity,professional ability,professional attitude,professional innovation,mainly enhance the teaching secretary drive,promote professional quality of ascension.External investigation through perfecting the incentive mechanism,providing professional training,planning developmental platform,is good to improve professional quality.
