海峡两岸健康服务与管理专业人才培养模式比较分析

摘　　要：随着社会发展和人们生活水平的提高,健康问题受到越来越多的人的重视,对健康服务产品和健康专业人才的需求越来越大,探索以市场为导向的健康服务与管理人才培养模式成为目前行业发展亟待完善、解决的问题。本文就台湾地区和大陆在健康服务与管理人才的培养模式进行比较分析,指出海峡两岸健康服务与管理专业在人才培养层次、培养目标、课程设置、职业资格证书考试方面的不同点,希望从中找到值得学习和借鉴的经验,促进中国健康事业的发展。With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard,people pay more attention to health problems.And their demand for health services and health professionals are more urgent.Exploring the training mode of health service and management talent has become the current problems that needs to be improved and solved.In this paper,the training mode of health services and management personnel in Taiwan and the mainland is carried on the comparative analysis.The authors point out the difference in professional training level,training target,curriculum,occupation qualification certificate examination,hoping to find the good experience,and promote the development of health industry in China.
