摘 要:笔者对全国职业院校技能大赛高职组"中餐主题宴会设计"大赛英语水平赛项的试题内容和比赛形式有一些自己的思考。大赛英语水平赛项的试题内容契合课程标准,满足职业教育教学需求,从听、说两个方面考查高职高专酒店管理专业学生的英语水平,但其考查形式与符合行业标准与体现先进教学模式有一定的差距,并从改革评委的构成和口语测试的形式给出了建议。The author has some of her own thinking of the English level test of Design of Chinese Theme Banquets of the national vocational college skills competition group.The contents fit the curriculum standard and meet the needs of vocational education teaching,which can examine the English level of the professional students of the high vocational colleges in listening and speaking.But the form of examination has a certain gap with the industry standards and cannot reflect the advanced teaching mode.In this paper,the author gives the suggestion:changing the form of examining the oral English and the composition of the judges.
