摘　　要：在学校进行综合改革的背景下,清华大学工会通过关于青年教职工情况的问卷调查,了解青年教职工成长发展机制的现状和需求,并通过问卷调查结果分析的启示提出进一步开展工会青年工作的方向和着力点。The Union of Tsinghua University conducted a questionnaire survey among the young teachers to know the current situation and demand of young teacher development mechanism.The survey result brought the enlightenment for the direction and focus of further union work.
