摘　　要：应用型人才是国家建设的中坚力量,培养应用型人才也是地方新建本科院校适应社会和科技发展的必由之路。烟草专业在西昌学院整体转型、培养应用型人才的大背景下,通过与烟草企业合作办学,共同制定人才培养方案、建立"契合农事的实践教学模式"、共建"双师双能"型教师队伍、共建"产学研"基地、共同编写实践教材和共同开展烟草应用技术研究,实现了学生、学校和烟草企业的三方共赢,教学效果显著。Application-oriented talents are the backbone of the national construction,cultivation of applied talents is also the key way for Local newly-built college to adapt to the development of society and science and technology.In the background of Xichang College's overall transformation and training application-oriented talents,tabacco majors has realized the three wins of the students,schools and tobacco enterprises,and the teaching effect is remarkable,through cooperation with the tobacco enterprise,develop the talent training program together,establish'a practice teaching mode that fits farming',develop the team of'double qualified teachers'together,build'production,teaching and research'base together,compilat experiment textbook and carry out research on application technology of tobacco together.
