浅谈师范生技能教学中班主任技能培养缺失问题

摘　　要：在教育改革推动下,师范生培养逐步加强了对实践教学技能的训练。同时教师工作的新形势要求师范生必须具有胜任班主任工作的能力,而这方面却是在师范生技能培训中所欠缺的,大多数高校在对师范生班主任技能培训上没有相应的课程,导致师范生在面临班主任工作时无所适从,也使得对有心理问题学生的辅导工作难以开展。鉴于班主任与学生之间的关系是一种特殊的心理咨询关系,对于加强班主任的心理咨询技术理论知识十分必要。在日常工作中能正确的使用相关的心理咨询技术将对班主任的教育管理产生极为积极的作用。The training of practical teaching skill has been gradually enhanced during normal students education under the education reform.However,the competence of headteachers is seldom mentioned in the skill training of normal students,since that competence is an requirement for a teacher under the new situation.Most universities have not arranged corresponding curriculum in the headteacher skill training for normal students,which causes normal students not knowing what course to take and how to give psychological counseling for students with mental problems when coping with headteacher jobs.Therefore,the theory and skill of the psychological counseling must be strengthened among headteachers,considering that the relationship between headteacher and student is a special psychological counseling one.The correct usage of the psychological counseling skill in daily job will have a positive effect in the education administration of headteachers.
