摘　　要：本文通过分析江西农业大学高校日常管理现状,创新成立学生教学管理委员会,通过自主设计调查问卷的反馈结果分析,发现学生教学管理委员会的成立能够加快以学生为主体的教学管理改革进程,充分调动学生参与的积极性,提升学生综合能力及就业竞争力,实现高校教学管理科学民主化。This paper through the analysis of the status of the daily management of university students of Jiangxi Agricultural University,innovative teaching management committee was established,through the feedback results of self design questionnaire analysis,found that the students to set up teaching management committee can speed up the teaching management to students as the main body of the reform process,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in,to enhance students'comprehensive ability and employment competitiveness,realize democratic and scientific management of teaching in Colleges and universities.
