摘　　要：校企联合培养是提升研究生创新能力和实践能力有效途径,以沈阳工业大学信息类研究生校企联合培养的实践为例,深入探讨校企联合培养研究生的培养模式、课程体系、管理体制等方面问题。开展了校企"无缝对接"联合培养研究生模式的深入探索,建立了满足企业工程需求、培养研究生能够具有实践创新能力的校企合作机制,构建了校内外有机结合的联合培养模式。University-enterprise joint training is the effective way to promote graduate student innovation ability and practice ability,to shenyang university of technology graduate information between the joint training of practice as an example,discussed factors of the postgraduate training mode,curriculum system,management system,etc.Conducted between”seamless docking”mode of exploring the postgraduate,meet the demand of enterprise engineering,is established to develop the innovative ability of graduate students to practice university-enterprise cooperation mechanism,construct the organic combination of joint training mode off.
