摘 要:学生违纪违规必然事出有因。家庭离异学生因其身份的特殊性,往往促成其违纪行为的成因更加复杂和隐性化。这要求辅导员在工作中要采用特殊的教育方法,在处理事件时要学会摸清问题症结所在,化被动为主动,给学生关怀与爱,让家庭与学校共同携手促进学生的健康成长。Students disciplinary violations must be a reason.Because of the particularity of their identity,the students of family divorce often contribute to the more complex and recessive of the causes of their disciplinary behavior.This requires the instructor in the work to the use of special education method,should learn to find out the crux problems when processing events.Make passive into initiative,give the students care and love,let families and schools work together to promote the healthy growth of the students.
