摘　　要：本文调查研究了本科毕业生在实际岗位中存在的问题及煤炭企业对应用型本科生的需求,分析了应用型本科毕业设计中存在的选题模式化、设计过程管理松懈、毕业设计质量下降等突出问题,提出了对应用型本科生毕业设计改革的方向,使毕业设计更符合煤炭企业的实际所需,提高毕业设计质量。In this paper the problems of graduates in job and the demand of coal enterprises on applied undergraduate were investigated.There are three main issues about the graduation design,including modeled project selection,relaxed-management in design process,and decreasing quality of graduation design.Finally,the reform direction of the graduation design was put forward,which may improve the graduation quality and make the graduation design paper closely according with the requirement of coal enterprises.
