摘  要:基于大学生面临的营养学知识缺乏、饮食行为不良等问题,并结合大学生青年群体对自身健美的强烈追求,营养与美容已逐渐成为工科院校公选课程体系的一门重课程。在教育转型发展新形势下,针对学生营养学背景知识参差不齐,课程内容设置不合理等问题,从教学内容、教学手段、考核方式等方面对营养与美容课程教学体系改革进行初步探索,以期引导学生科学地看待膳食、营养与美容保健的关系,培养学生健康的饮食习惯,以营养促进美容的健康意识。College students are facing the lack of nutrition knowledge based on the problem of unhealthy dietary behaviors,and combined with the intense pursuit of college students on their youth fitness,nutrition and beauty has gradually become a important curriculum system of elective courses in engineering colleges.The development of the new situation in the transformation of education,to teach students nutrition background knowledge is uneven,of course unreasonable content setting,teaching from the teaching content,methods,assessment methods and other aspects of the preliminary exploration of the reform of the teaching system of nutrition and beauty courses,in order to guide the students'scientific view of the relationship between nutrition and diet,beauty and health,cultivate students'healthy eating habits,nutrition Promote health awareness of beauty.
