摘　　要：培养军民融合式海军士官是落实"军民结合、寓军于民"军队人才培养体系重要思想的具体行动,是加快推进国防现代化建设的重要举措。地方高职院校培养海军士官,融入核心价值观和军队文化基因,建立与之相适应的军民融合式海军士官的行为文化,在校园文化中增加"军"味,充分发挥文化育人功能。Petty officer with cultivating military and civilian integration is the implementation of the"military and civilian union,the army in the people"military talent cultivation system the important thoughts concrete action,is the important measure of quickening construction of national defense modernization.Local higher vocational colleges cultivate petty officers,into the core values and the army culture gene,establish corresponding petty officer with the military and civilian integration behavior culture,increase the"army"taste in the campus culture,give full play to the cultural education function.
