摘　　要：本院生物化学与分子生物学实验教学内容多是验证性实验,加上教师讲解、学生照做传统的实验教学模式,使学生对实验课学习兴趣不高,动手能力、解决问题能力也未得到充分提升。我们通过在实验课中引入基于问题的教学策略,将抽象乏味的实验内容联系生活实际问题,使其具体化、形象化,大大提高了学生学习的积极性,拓宽学生的知识面及对基础知识的理解和掌握,并增强了学生实际解决问题的能力,取得了良好的教学效果。The more demonstration experiments and traditional teaching mode of biochemistry and molecular biology become unsuitable for improving students'interest in learning and cultivating students'operational ability and problem-solving ability."problem-based learning"strategy was introduced into our experimental class,concretize and visualize instead of abstract and boring in experiment content by connect with real-life issues,which greatly improves student's enthusiasm,broaden students'knowledge,strengthen the understanding of basic knowledge and the ability of problem-solving.Finally,a pretty good teaching effect was got.
