摘 要:目的应用速度向量成像技术(VVI)和NT-proBNP评价北五味子治疗甲亢性心脏病大鼠心肌的作用。方法建立甲亢性心脏病大鼠模型,灌胃北五味子水提物,经超声VVI软件、检测大鼠血清TT3和TT4及NT-proBNP水平、电镜观察超微结构评价北五味子对治疗甲亢性心脏病大鼠心肌的效果。结果收缩期和舒张期纵向峰值速度(Vs、Vd)、纵向峰值应变(Sr)及收缩期和舒张期纵向峰值应变率SRr模型组均低于对照组(P <0.05),其中Vs、Sr组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。药物干预组Vs、Vd、Sr、收缩期SRr和舒张期SRr均高于模型组(P <0.05),其中Vs、Vd组间差异有显著性(P <0.01)。模型组与对照组相比,血清TT3、TT4浓度增高(P <0.05),药物干预组与模型组相比血清TT3、TT4浓度降低(P <0.05)。模型及药物干预组与对照组相比,NT-proBNP浓度有统计学差异(P <0.05)。大鼠心肌组织电镜下示对照组心肌结构无明显变化,未见明显增生的心肌纤维结构。甲亢模型组心肌间质纤维化,药物干预组心肌间质纤维化程度明显好转,心肌结构更接近对照组。结论北五味子能明显改善甲亢性心脏病大鼠的心肌纤维化;VVI及NT-proBNP在评价甲亢性心脏病有重要作用。Objective To evaluate the effects of Schisandra chinensis on myocardium in rats with hyperthyroid heart disease by Velocity Vector Imaging Technology(VVI)and NT?proBNP.Methods Rat models of hyperthyroid heart disease were established and given the water extract of Schisandra chinensis.The effect of Schisandra chinensis was evaluated by ultrasound VVI,the levels of serum TT3、TT4 and NT-proBNP and electron microscopy in the treatment of hyperthyroid heart disease rats.Results The systolic and diastolic radial velocity(Vs,Vd),radial strain(Sr),systolic and diastolic radial strain rate(SRr)of model group were lower than control group(P<0.05),and there were significant differences of Vs and Sr among groups(P<0.01).The Vs、Vd、Sr and SRr of the Schisandra chinensis group were higher than the model group(P<0.05),and there were significant differences of Vs and Vd among groups(P<0.01).The levels of serum TT3、TT4 of model group were increased(P<0.05)compared with the control group,and were higher than the Schisandra chinensis group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the concentration of NT-proBNP was statistically different(P<0.05).There was no significant change in myocardial structure between the myocardium and the control group.There was no obvious hypertrophic myocardial fiber structure.The degree of myocardial interstitial fibrosis in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusions Schisandra chinensis can significantly improve in rats with hyperthyroid heart disease;VVI and NT-proBNP has an important role in the evaluation of hyperthyroid heart disease.
