摘 要:研究了不同含量硫酸钙晶须对增强树脂基摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,采用干法热压工艺制备出5组摩擦材料试验片,对摩擦因数、磨损率和多项理化特性进行测定。结果表明,添加适量的硫酸钙晶须有助于改善材料的摩擦磨损性能和力学性能,当硫酸钙晶须质量分数为9%时,制得的试验片摩擦磨损性能稳定优良,摩擦制品的摩擦因数为0.45,磨损率在0.38×10^(-7) cm^3/(N·m)以内,冲击强度为0.42 J/cm^2,硬度为65,密度为3.15 g/cm^3,符合GB 5763-2008要求。The effects of different contents of calcium sulfate whiskers on the friction and wear properties of reinforced resin base friction materials were studied,five sets of friction material test sheets were prepared by dry hot pressing process,the friction coefficient,wear rate and many physical and chemical properties were measured.The results showed that all products exhibit better friction and wear property and mechanical property when the mass content of calcium sulfate whisker was 9%,the average friction coefficient of friction plates was 0.45,the wear rate was within 0.38×10-7 cm3/(N·m),the impact strength was 0.42 J/cm2,the hardness was 65,the density was 3.15 g/cm3,and the results accorded with GB 5763-2008.
